was a huge fair in the company. Back in the 1970s sometime, went with a friend and his girlfriend, and Big Midway, all kinds of side shows and everything, a big, big, big fair. And one food I remember, two foods, I remember, potato pancakes, first of the road, and I think you were called ham hocks, or chicken knuckles, and they were rotisserie grilled, and the skin on the outside, which had some sort of a coating of some kind, got re-crisp, and that was the best part. Let me pause. The best or last fair, I remember going to, 1970s.
