to run them. There are a few places in the Philadelphia area that some homes don't. On those very, very hot days, they open up cooling centers for people to go to. They also, the tradition for, you know, I remember when I was a kid, they did that in New York. They opened up the fire hydrants and the sprayed and the kids would run out and enjoy playing in the water, a stream of water coming out of the fire hydrants.
