A6GRZ, KC7FNW. KC7FNW, VA6GRZ, um, ABC, how you doing? Hanging in there, I kept trying to recheck in the net to let you know something and they wouldn't let me in, so I thought I'd just get on and tell you. Um, um, the ankle thing, um, ice, um, is pressed for the ankle when you've got swelling. Um, they, they recommend that, um, just don't do it for too long. Like, 20 minutes, 15 minutes is the best. Get, like, a towel or something like that. Rub the ice in the towel so it doesn't, you know, get, um, too close to the skin. But for swelling, um, yeah, it's, it's always, um, ice. Even after my, um, surgery, they, they have been putting ice in between my, um, boot for my ankle to keep the swelling down. There you go. It's ice. They say, I don't know about, uh, for ankle, so, but probably my physical therapist, I'll have to ask them on Monday, but, um, They used to say ice something for, like, 15, 20 minutes and then put heat on it. So, but I don't know if, like, if you've, um, done what I did, if the heat is a good idea, but they're still saying that ice is the best idea. Casey 7 FMW. Uh, Casey 7 FMW. Yeah. I had to double check myself on whether I had your calcite right. Yeah, it's right there in front of me. Yeah, mine is, uh, mine is just on my, on my foot, uh, right above my toes. And, uh, yeah, I, I should be alternating between, um, hot, cold and hot. So, yeah, okay, so that's what I gotta do. And, uh, and, and see if my physiotherapist has any suggestions as well. So, I should be, uh, heading back upstairs here in a few, um, so I can get finished, get ready, head out the door just after 10 o'clock. So, um, yeah, it's, um, it's a, it's a real pain in the foot, I tell ya. So, there we go. Alrighty, yeah, uh, I did mine for 20 minutes. Um, off and on. So, I guess I'll do the same for hot packs as well. So, do, do hot then cold then hot, or do cold then hot then cold then hot. So, there we go. Okay, and, uh, I've been text-boxing, uh, messages with, uh, DB1YB, the scout, uh, Jordan Webster. Oh, yeah, they just put that in the, uh, the Jordan website. So, uh, good, I'll have to make a note of that, uh, for when, um, we do Jordan in October. I haven't been able to get, uh, um, to, um, be, uh, connected with, um, them, but, um, at least I, uh, I got the, uh, six-meter rig going, but it's not, um, the conditions have been, um, not good. So, I just want somebody local to try to check in with me, but, he said, nobody's using six-meter anymore. Everybody's using on HF, HF, or VHF, but even the VHF band is pretty quiet, so. Alrighty, good hearing, Missy. Good hearing you again. And, uh, oh, did you figure out what song you were going to put into the contest? Not yet. I'm getting close, but I could still use the suggestions, um, but I'm thinking, um, maybe Coffee Girl. People keep telling me that's what they want me to do, but I, I don't know, um, but maybe Coffee Girl on my way to leave, but I think that would make me cry because of what's going on with her. I just found out yesterday that the friend that's taking care of her isn't giving her her thyroid medication correctly, and that's why her thyroid's low. I tried to talk my friend into, you know, give it to her with cheese, don't give it to her with soft dog food, because it doesn't digest correctly, and it's not going through a bloodstream. My friend's like, oh, I'm going to do it the way I want, and I'm just like, you killed my dog, I'm going to hurt you, you know what I mean? So, um, I'm very upset about that, and I'm trying to find a new place for Linda to go, so it's a scary times for sure. Um, anyway, so I'm serious, I'll let you go, get ready for your appointment, so have a great day. I'm going to try and find some coffee. Casey 7F, I'm Debbie Uravi, player in your final.
