In about another week, I hope to see that those sunspots, they're on the backside now, and I hope to see if they reappear, if they look the same, if they've persisted, if they've gone away, if they've changed shape, if they've expanded, or what's going on with those sunspots. And in hydrogen alpha, you can see, so you can photograph sunspots in white light with a neutral density filter, but you can't see really any detail. In hydrogen alpha, you can see the solar surface, it looks granular, and the dark grains are gas that is cold and is convecting back down, and the bright grains are gas that's come up that's convected up to the surface to cool off. So, that's what I've been doing, my latest project. I'm going to see in today's history lesson on this day in history, July 10, 1967.
