I hope that you managed to meet Tilly, but if she wants snack on you and she doesn't want snack on food, I don't know this dog, but my dog Daphne is not that food motivated, and she's rather shy, she needs to build some trust. For a while I would tell people she's shy, but it turns out people don't know what to do with a shy dog. I've found that if I just tell people, hey, why don't you ignore her and let's talk for a few minutes. We do that and she's like, oh, wait, my person is having a conversation with this other person, and nobody's dying. Maybe I should check them out. Maybe they're a friend.
