Listering hot, it's 96 out there right now. So, yeah, it's a little uncomfortable. So I just go outside for a few minutes, do something, come back in and cool up. But chicken head knobs, absolutely, of course. You know, an old ham like me would have some chicken head knobs, and I've got new ones, I've got old ones, I've got black ones, red ones. Who knows, a whole good selection of them. Anyway, they are awesome, and they're good, especially as you get older. Maybe your fingers are not quite as nimble.
