And then that was a lot of good time up there. I'm curious that you're getting your kitchen back together, is that still kind of in the work? Well, they made some progress, and now they're in a pause mode. I'm not sure why at this moment. They got the drywall back on the ceiling and the walls and painted it, so that's nice. They've got the flooring sitting in their conditioning to the humidity and temperature.
