for us, or to us, and then we have a private audit because we're out going to other foundations to raise money. And so they really like to give money to other foundations that have frequent audits and making sure everything is pretty copassetic as far as their financial setting is concerned because there's probably one of the biggest failures for private nonprofits, NGOs, and that sort of thing is usually some kind of a financial issue. So we're good on that, Brendan. The woman that does that, she's really great and we get along great and really appreciate her effort. So luckily I don't have to do the nuts and bolts part of it. The way I look at it is I just have to only kind of look over their shoulder and fly at about the 10,000 foot level.
