She's got just over 20 years and now she's a lieutenant colonel in the Army Corps of Engineers. And she and her boyfriend are going to get hitched and live in the Portland area. But anyway, when they've been there and so forth, they've left us gift cards for places to eat in town. In places we would normally not go to, but we tried a couple of them out while our friends were in town. So, are the restaurants in Walla Walla? Are they doing okay? Plus, you know, when I was working in really into watershed planning and the whole water issue, I remember Walla Walla was the chemical of a special area because of the lack of water. And they created a separate kind of water district.
