Yeah Roger I know where that is. I'm over in the east side of Olympia myself. Yeah it used to be right off of 18th and Craig Road and we bought a house in February right through it off of Wiggins. So now you've had it in our own house and don't got to worry about it laying lower tone as well as we can and can't do so always get it on your own home now. Yeah it's always good it's getting harder to do for most people. Yeah with the crazy prices of houses and then they interest rates to go with it. Like I was telling my other half I was like for what we're going to pay for rent to find another house. I'm like we might as well just buy a house and pay an extra five six hundred bucks a month on a mortgage compared to rent so like work buying a house.
