Tell him that time again. It was kinda scratchy engine all the time. Come one more time buddy. Yeah, let's try that again. It's KK7, NQN, Kilo Kilo 7, November, Quebec November. KK7, November, Quebec November. I copied that that time. Thanks for helping me get that down. I'm not very good at this yet, so I take full responsibility of my team using that over and over. But we got you in and I'm really glad we did. I don't guess I've talked to you before. My name is Josh. I'm KJ5, I'm a kid. I'm pretty new to net controlling. So I'm using this opportunity to learn more about you, the people who are in the net. I don't want to be a net controller if nobody's on there. So, I don't know if you've joined camera in the past or not, but if you have, tell us why you come back and what you like about it. Personally, I've never joined the net before. I've listened for a couple weeks now. I've had a little pet project that I started and built in an all-star node and talking about AI. Working on an AI project with the all-star node, that transcription and stuff. Really the transcription's the base so that I can do stuff with transmissions that it transcribes. And for your question on AI, I actually did get into this. I did talk to somebody at the SEC. Basically how the rule goes with AI is all of your AI responses across the airwaves are your responsibilities. So you cannot legally do live-generated AI responses, but pre-rendered, pre-approved AI responses are perfectly fine because it goes underneath the automated control rule. So basically you take responsibility of what your AI says on the air, hence why it has to be pre-rendered and pre-approved. If anyone wants to play with some stuff, though, if you look up my call sign, KK7NQN, and put a dotnet at the end, there's a transcriber that is actively transcribing the set right now. This has a little tab you can go to, look at all the transcripts, that might help you with the net control, catch screen, call signs and stuff. And there is a development API to that too, video slash API. It gives you the database in an API JSON format that you can use in your own code. This is also open-source on GitHub, so you can pull my source code and make your own copy of it. And it's a free and free API, so you can just go have fun with it. That's been my pet project for the last three or four weeks now, and it's been fun. I'm learning the code, I'm learning to work with the AI, and it's been really, really fun. And hearing you guys talk about AI, it's just going to make me excited, but you guys run so early in the morning it's kind of hard for me to catch the net. Okay. Kilo seven, November, Quebec, November. You and I need to get together and talk, buddy. And I, I don't know what you want to call me at these days. I use AI for work, I use API scripting and coding, and I'm not great at it by trade. I am a NetSuite administrator, an old NetSuite administrator, so I have a little bit of coding experience anyhow because of that and growing up playing with computers. But yes, like you, for the last few months I have been getting very deep into coding with Python and JavaScript and using JSON scripts and using APIs and Red Hooks, and I've built a couple of little Discord bots that poll certain things. And yes, I have some plans. One of my big plans I would like to get off the ground is to build a net control dashboard that integrates with All-Star and Echo Link. One of the big things about it is we have two systems that everybody uses and they may verge, but there's not a central cap for them, there's not a central list of radios or nodes that are connected. As a net controller right now, I mean, you have to use two or three different devices to monitor it all as a net controller unless somebody else has a better way. I don't use Apple, I'm a Linux gearhead, and I use Windows for work. I do use Apple products for their hardware, but not so much for the software. And so, yeah, maybe we could spend hours or days talking about AI. So if you have found the right net, hey, where are you from exactly? You said it's early for you, it's apparently early for me too. So where do you hail from? I'm going to send it back to you, KJ5, I hope you're... Yeah, I'm from Washington, Shelton, Washington. So right now it's 6.50 a.m. in the morning, you guys start to think like 4 a.m. my time or something. But I get to catch a little bit of a net as I leave to work. And sometimes at the shop I can pick it up, but at the shop I'm like 35 miles from my All-Star node, and my max range on the All-Star node is about 20 miles. So, yeah. Anyways, back to you. This is Repeater Station, Washington State. You are two hours sooner than me, I thought it was bad for me to get up. Yeah, that does make it tough. I have no fear that the drop-in network also has other nets throughout the day. So go to gdropin.info and you can see what else they offer. There has been some talk among some people about maybe an evening net, even if it's one day a week, to catch the people like you and me. I'm sure there are others who don't get on the morning net because of the time. There has been some talk about that, maybe we should pick that back up. But Hunter, man, I'm glad you joined us or the cab longer than that. Join as often as you can. You can find the MQ as that with our call sign. I do have a website, not really the follow-up to anything I just put up to this by the placeholder, kj5irq.radio. By the way, if you don't know this for anybody who wants a website with their call sign, because you are an amateur radio operator in the United States, I can't say for anybody else, but in the United States, and I'm sure it's this way globally, but if you're an amateur radio operator, you qualify to get a Dart Radio designator, like Dartcom or DartNet or whatever, except it's Dart Radio. You probably see them the most when you listen to FM radio on the internet. You may have something like KYX, Dart Radio, and they pay a lot of money for that handle. A lot of money. However, as a radio operator, you can get it for $25 a year. Pretty cool, huh? One of those weird nerdy things that I figured out right after I got my hand call sign. So now I have a website, I have a domain, I have lots of places. I have branded myself, and I ain't making a dang penny off of it. Anyhow, you might find that interesting. I just thought I'd tell you about the Dart Radio handle. Man, that is going to bring us to the bottom of this list, and we are going to start 73 rounds. It has been a fantastic net, in my opinion. I've had a lot of fun. I hope you all have too. Let's use the 73 rounds to say goodbye, but also tell me if you'd like. Don't worry about having enough feelings. I take criticism very well. Tell me what you would like for me to do different or give me some kind of thing I can do better in the future. I really would appreciate that. So with that, let's head up to the top. 884 HO. Ron and Ma'am, off Florida. The mic is yours.
