You hold it for a couple of years and then you sell it and that's your profit right there. So we adopted that as our long-term investment strategy. We wanted something rock solid, we couldn't lose on and we could stay away from all the spec that will investment vehicles and stuff like that. No, we have houses. Houses on a lake, a beautiful lake, which is a pretty good investment. But we know that we will sell them at some point. The divest our selves of these, I mean when we get old and frail and we might want to move to Portland and won't take us very long to sell these houses. So we'll be on our way again.
