Ah, the fifth star of the RBCQCQCQ, Coloring RV Radio Network, multi-mode echo-link net, connect control station for the day at K4HM. My name is Hank, I'm about to engage Sandy, Sean, Shane Brown, and your views, which you can find on almost on the coast of Lake District. Right, over here, over here. This is a direct connect, please address all commies and couriers to this deck control station. Your fare is sponsored by the RV Radio Network, but all amateurs with a technician class license or higher are encouraged to participate. The purpose of this is to provide a form for amateur radio operators who share an interest in recreational vehicles to exchange information and stay attached to the channel and country. The net VH charge will be via APN central time on southeast lane conference node, and that's linked to the N4 MHC multi-mode network. That includes the RBCQQC echo-link repeater in Lookout Mountain, Georgia, and several other repeaters in the tri-state area. And we thank the government for doing the Tri-State Amateur Radio Club for supporting our network use of that equipment. For additional information about the RV Radio Network, please visit our secure website at rvradionetwork.com. For more information about the Tri-State Amateur Radio Club, visit their website at triastatesarc.com. I mentioned that the totally have some repeaters connected to the network here. Repeaters have time-out timers on them that we check for three minutes typically. And let's keep our transmission shorter than that. If that timer is tripped, if they disconnect, you can check connections and people have to check reconnect and all that kind of stuff. So we try to avoid that. If you're using the Windows application for echo-link, there's a nice handy timer up under the tool setup and you set a timer so that you can go up and set the transmit timer to something less than 180 seconds. I set mine to 170 seconds, maybe a 10 second margin for error. And it also tells me 10 seconds before that. So I get a D, or alarm, 10 seconds before the timer is gonna time me out. They also get a little pop-up timer if your screen is set wide enough that shows up in the bottom left-hand corner. So that's a convenient way to make sure you don't time the timer out if you're using that home of the Windows echo-link application. Let me reset. That was not actually a traffic step. It don't take so long. They try to handle that if anybody has it. And if anybody has any announcements to make or needs to be short timed, in and out or whatever, then let me know at this time. Please call K4HM.
