Alright again, great to hear from you. Well, of course over in Spokane and let's see Northern Idaho and parts of Western Montana widely considered to be geographically anyway the inland northwest. I just, it seems a little uncomfortable to say that but I mean not, it just sounds weird I think to me but inland northwest right. So I think that's why at some point somebody started calling it the inland empire. Back to you Ken. Well, it's funny you should mention that. I was thinking that the other day because yes we have the inland empire and we are inland. That is for sure. You're not going to the beach here. Maybe a nice riverbank but you won't find any waves crashing along the search. Well, maybe maybe in court of lane on a real windy day but yes we are definitely inland Jack. Good catch on that.
