Oh, hi. This is John over in Cloudy Fallsville. Good morning, John. In Cloudy Fallsville. Yeah, I believe it. And, uh, yeah, good morning and go ahead. Oh, Bill, I always enjoy Tuesday and Thursday mornings. This is a great net. Even if you only miss them. I'm sitting here at the computer and I've got some adjustments to make. And I'll call coming at 10 o'clock from the bank to, uh, renew my home equity loan. I don't owe anybody, but they, after a while, they want to close them up or have them renewed. And, uh, I understand it's better to have it renewed because if you ever want a home equity loan again, there's a whole bunch of stuff to go through. So, let's keep it alive. I know my wife used to go down and get a home equity loan every time I needed to do Harley. And I think she bought me a 14 or 15 home for me. So, that's how I got my half a million miles. Great fun. Anyway, that's what I'm doing here. I'm going to get into some more book work after a bit with the insurance companies. Some are a pain in the butt, but they've got to be done. So, good night, Bill.
