I'm figuring out how I haven't figured out. They're investing all these billions and billions of dollars for these AI centers. And number one, somehow they're going to expect to get paid back for all this, which means all the stuff that's free now or very low cost now, it's all going to become subscription and they're going to want a lot of money because they've got to collect that money from somewhere. And the other thing is that some of these data centers, if I can make them a couple of years, they've got to get the property and the permits and the power and that, that, that, that. Server racks, memory chips, which is driving price to price as we have, of course. By the time they get this stuff built, I mean look how fast stuff is developing, but new, you know, we've got the quantum computing and you've got new processors coming out and all that, so I'm dropping. Whatever they build now, it's probably going to be obsolete in two or three years. And I just read an article earlier today about a IBM.
