This WIFT Observatory launched back on November 20th of 2004 on a Delta II rocket on a $250 million mission to search the galaxy to search the sky for gamma ray bursts and other high energy astrophysics phenomena. A new WIFT Observatory would cost about $500 million today. What a bargain to save the WIFT Observatory for $30 million. Hi-reward gamble works. We'll reset the repeaters there.
