and then one day I went out was you know doing something down there behind the shed and I saw bees going honey bees going in and out of the our original hive Bernard there and I was like well that's surprising I wonder if they're just like robbing it out you know because a lot of times if you have a hive that had a bunch of honey stores in it or whatever other bees will come and like just start robbing out the honey and and stores and stuff in there but the more I looked at you a few days later I checked it again and it was just really I'm like you know it looks like there's a there's a full colony in there and sure enough we did a little inspection before we went down on the trip down to Santa Barbara and yeah I had had bees of lots of frames of bees and but very little evidence that there was a queen laying eggs although we thought we thought a few eggs let me drop
