And like you said, if you wrap the cord multiple times through the ferrite bead, it changes what it does. So experiment. I guess technically, if you wanted to, you could put a network analyzer on it and check where it's actually blocking frequencies. I got it, it's probably easier just to test it, see if it works. And yes, that was not a bad clear node.
