I'm going to get my shot when I get back home. I'm not even over to Ben's place right now. I don't know if you heard, but Ben is just moving into him. I think a broke up there, something about Ben is moving. And to, uh, moving up to Linwood in the next month. No, I don't know that I did not know that. Well, well, not. Yeah, yeah, it's really disappointment. I mean, I'm glad for them and the reason they're doing it is because they have two grandkids up there and they're just too much to travel back to the forest. I appreciate that. Yeah, you've been a great asset to both Jubilee and DC areas of course, but even with Ores. But that's, you know, the nature of the beast of things is going to happen. I can appreciate them wanting to be closer to them.
