I remember doing a in high school electronics class, the workshop class for electricity. I ended up doing a project where I tuned up at 05-tube AM radio, wrapped a antenna around it and went DX hunting on the AM band. And I categorized the stations I heard by their pH level as in chemistry, how acid the rock was. The classical stations were at 9 or something and there was one station somewhere back, I forget where it was now, down in LA I think, that I rated it as a pH of one. I don't remember the music itself, but yeah, that was acid rock. That's funny. Yeah, I remember a time. It's crazy when you think about it.
