See, it's not breaking up on the Pac side, but it was breaking up. So yeah, short answer is, under certain circumstances, you can create your own channels. Most often, it's done on the Talk to Me side. They would create the private channel, and your radios and your small group of family and friends could all be added to that private channel. Someone else can get in there.
