I am jumping in a quick in and out. I have not the packet loss today so I hope I am coming through. We have just started the holiday one week. I have already gone very fast. I was visiting a friend last Friday and we planned to try some shortwave. That band was completely closed. We tried 20 meters and 40 meters from more local contacts over here. But the lid was closed on the bands. There was no fun at all. We tried to get this FT991 working with FT8. We could decode packets or signals of what we call them. But we couldn't.
