thing out of the box it works. There's no programming, there's no nothing. All you do is just learn the menu and there's like four different options in the menu. You got your networks. Hamlink is one network, public is another network, so you pick your network and then you pick your channel which is just a group. You pick groups, pick your channel and you're on there. That's it. All the channels come pre-programmed out of the box and you definitely will not need a manual. It's the simplest thing that you could ever possibly imagine.
