But yeah, I'm glad that part of my life is kind of in the rear view mirror right now because at the time we had my grandma's property and my mom had leukemia all at the same time and then dealing with all the estates and oh god, it wasn't a nightmare but it wasn't really fun either. So anyway, if anybody is up there to watch you jump in here, I was going to ask this a couple of minutes ago.
