Anyway, so there you go on that one, but it ended up working out for me in the long run. My friend of mine that I was pitting for, he told me, he said, you know, you can just go out and get yourself a job as a maintenance mechanic. You have the background, you're pretty good at this stuff anyway, and just, you know, start with this, you know, they hired me as a mechanic at a dog food factory for 15 bucks an hour. And that's where I started. And then, you know, I went to Coca-Cola and worked there for a few years. I would have liked to have stayed there, but I didn't like as much. I was working three months straight, usually four months straight, before I get a day off. And that was the end of going to races and all kinds of stuff for a long time. And that's what ended up getting me out of the street stock stuff.
