Alright, thank you Dave. Yeah, I was real happy to hold a meat turned out. Part of the brisket was a little overcooked. I'm not sure why, but it was. Still worked out okay. I wasn't real happy with the sides. I could have done way better on the sides. But that's also a part of a cohesive barbecue dish I have to get better at. I kind of like to practice on. The Zaire Club gets to be a little bit of a guinea pig for me. I appreciate you all for letting me do it. I like doing it and I like trying to improve and get better. So anyway, that's all that went.
