But there was still quite a bit of noise. But I got Puddle on the sofa and I put some nice soft jazz on and cranked up the volume. And I puttered on the computer and Puddle just hung out there and put his head in my lap and he did pretty good. So that was a good thing. But this night was kind of messed up. Oh my goodness. I stayed up until midnight just to keep, you know, until the noise died down for polo. So we hit the fact that around 3 in the morning we got a storm that came through here and it got both of us up for a while because it was just, I mean, there was just thunder and lightning. In fact, the thunder was shaking in the house more than any of the fireworks. And we got dumped on so much rain in about 90 minutes it was just a state.
