Joyce, Joe, Rosie, Robert, and everybody else and anybody that I might have missed. So good morning, all. I hope you're all having a fantastic morning there. And we're into almost evening time here. It is 15.48 and I've got another hour of work to go. And then I'll be finished for the day there, Gail. And the weather has been a little bit crazy here the last 24 hours or so. We had a storm yesterday, quite a windy storm. Very windy, 80 mile per hour winds. Heavy rain on and off as well. But today, still a little windy, but not quite as bad as yesterday. And the sun's made a bit of an appearance here and there as well. And we're still quite okay temperature wise. We're about 18, 19 degrees Celsius. So can't really grumble. And thankfully, no damage here from the storm either. No damage to the antennas or anything like that. So I'm very glad. And houses nearby seem to be a little bit off here as well. Not as bad as the storm we had in the winter, thankfully there. And I've just came out the stairs and I've sneaked onto FT8. And the 20 meter band is doing not too bad at all there, Gail. So I'm giving that a little shot while I get the chance. And oh yes, I made a purchase the other day as well. I've bought, on pre-order, an FT1X, a Yesu FT1X. So I've looked forward to getting that. I have no idea where I will be in it. I know there is a waiting list, but I watched all the videos and I thought, why not, you'll arrive once. So that's my little treat to myself there.
