I get where you're going with those examples, but those are utilities. Those are commonly shared services that stretch across all forms of government. I don't think that makes it socialistic. I mean, no more than sharing a toothbrush makes one person a girl or a boy, depending on what sex that toothbrush is. It doesn't make any sense to use that kind of analogy. They're social services. Maybe you could put them that way. But I don't think I'd call them a social service either, because they're utilities. I mean, you're talking about utilities and infrastructure.
