Just, you know, now I'm a little more cautious than I used to be because of the bacteria that can grow and that you can get so sick. They have actually fatalities from people who have ate oysters infected with the bacteria. And I think if they're out of the water for a certain period of time, the bacteria grows. So the longer it takes to eat them, the more bacteria accumulates on the tissues of the animal. They're wet by valves. Great, though, for nourishment. There's a lot of protein otherwise. And if they're cooked really good, the bacteria comes off of them and dies. So I guess you need to really boil them. And I've actually got oysters and got little pearls out of them. Doesn't necessarily have to be anything special for an oyster to form a pearl in it. In fact, I bit down on one, and I was really disappointed that I didn't get the pearl. It was too late. I crushed it. And I always regretted that. I wish I wouldn't have bit down so hard on it. Let's see. I have a oyster rolex day just, but that's not really what we're talking about. Let's say I can't remember much more about oysters that I could mention about a lot of other seafoods, that ones that are similar to oysters are clams. And I used to eat clams here in Florida because I used to have clams in Sheetshead Bay. So when I would get home sick for Brooklyn, I would go get some clams here.
