No mustard, no, no, just like a hamburger on a hot dog bun. That turned out quite well. Let me reset. Then we went for experiment number two, which was kind of crazy. Let's make the ground round into a, what looks like a hot dog wainer, if you will. So I took some raw ground round and tried to roll it out with a rolling pin to get it real thin. Of course it kept sticking to the rolling pin, so I think I wound up using some flour to keep it from sticking. Then took the beef and quasi rolled it up into sort of a round looking. That looks like a hot dog wainer and cooked it that way. Not surprisingly enough on the grill. I used the tongs. I kept turning it over, turning it over, rotating it, rotating it slightly, you know, to cook it all the way through. It turned out a little bit pink in the center. That's okay. It wasn't like that.
