house, but the house that had the fire did. And so many years ago, I was in search of that ground, round hamburger taste in a hot dog, if you will. So experiment number one was just cook a hamburger patty on the grill, crumble it up into a hot dog bun, douse it with Worcestershire sauce, added grilled onions, not raw. Raw onions just are strong and detract from the beef taste. And I wanted to make sure I could taste the beef. So I used grilled onions and the cheese. So Worcestershire grilled onions and cheese. Yeah. Okay. And I just broke the hamburger patty up into little crumbles and you know, poured the Worcestershire on top of it and added the cheese and onions. That turned out fantastic. I got that beef taste I was looking for, that ground round hamburger taste I was looking for in a hot dog. Didn't do anything wild like tomatoes or you know, anything else.
