Okay now that the notice I did we're all set. Yeah we had gone through a couple of smokers through the years here and I think around two years ago we finally broke down. I finally broke down I got docked into buying one of those pit bosses that really have a doing bull's-dog grill and smoker yesterday Eric I don't really do any more of that that that Eric has said taken over all the duties of the body curing and the grilling and the smoking and all that so yesterday to the roast piece and he would smoke a brisket and he worked on it for like eight hours and boy I'll tell you what it came out just wonderful last night it was so tender it just melted I mean you didn't need a knife or anything you just pull it apart with your fork and put it in your mouth and it just melted away and boy to having having that to miss a key to smoke flavor on it it was just oh my goodness I can't wait to have him do that again much better than the Johnson
