So yeah, I do a hamburger a little toward the rare side of medium rare. It isn't the way I like it. I don't do it often enough to be skilled enough to hit that, because I were dead in this often enough. But that's what I always strive for. Anyway, Scott, I'm going to turn it back to you. Well, it's taken me a few weeks, but I think I got the barbecue figured out to get that perfect hamburger. I've done this there. And it's just like you described.
