down into southern Oregon before my parents have taken their EV to the UP of Michigan. Anyway, I really like it. I like the consistency and not paying for gas, to be honest. Okay, well, let's see. Today's big fun project is I'm making cheese. I'm going to make some queso fresco. This will be my second batch. So I got four gallons of milk from a farm yesterday. So I've got that on the stove, and I'm going to make a big round, a big wheel of queso fresco with it. So that's it. And then after that, you end up with a ton of whey, and you can actually make ricotta cheese out of the leftover whey, just to get the last bit of goodness out of the milk.
