Today's big fun project is I'm making cheese. I'm going to make some queso fresco. This will be my second batch. So I got four gallons of milk from a farm yesterday. So I've got that on the stove, and I'm going to make a big round, a big wheel of queso fresco with it. So that's it. And then after that, you end up with a ton of whey, and you can actually make ricotta cheese out of the leftover whey, just to get the last bit of goodness out of the milk.
