in cases of meat in, their choice grade or higher. And sometimes when you open those boxes, there's prime grade stuff in there. And so I just happened to pull out a couple of sticks of prime grades out of that box and cut myself some steaks. And we cut some steaks for the customer, and for ourselves, of course. So we had prime grade, prime grip steak flat night on the grill. They were absolutely wonderful. And had our little fourth of July celebration last night because I am working today. And I'll be working tomorrow. And then I get one day off and back at it, take two hints because we have four people on vacation. So it's very, very busy for me. But I am happy it is America's 250. I was around for the 200, but I was only about one years old. So I don't remember the bison tinneal. But hey, I'm around for this one, and it's going to be fabulous.
