going to be in a bicycle parade. They go up and down the streets here in the neighborhood. It's usually led by one of the local fire departments with a fire truck and all the lights and sirens and whatnot. The kids just love it. They deck out their bicycles with flags and all sorts of ribbons and things like that. Then they culminate over our nearby park where they're given popsicles or given out. The police department is there and they open up their cars and have the kids explore them and see what goes on with the first responders. They're the same with the fire department. Then at noon in the park there we have a big neighborhood barbecue and enjoy that for a bit. Then we'll come back here and relax a little bit before we just walk one block down.
