W83-IGU. Are you a NET participant looking for the PSR-G net at noon? W83-IGU returning. Well actually I'm in Pennsylvania and I'm just sort of playing around with the Echo and my Macbook. I haven't done anything on this particular laptop so I'm making a few alterations. I've checked this talk group out on my iPhone so I just heard the end of a net that was happening and just wanted to give a call out to see how this thing is working and how I sound. So back to you. Well it just sounded great. It's a phone and I've got a clear node. In fact I've been at the Senior Center in Ballard here in Seattle and I found a wire with the internet connected to it so I've got to bring a router and a clear node and a ham radio and a computer and turn my clear node on and have it linked to the Wi-Fi router that I had on an ISP I got rid of so I can make my phone hotspot work with it because you've got to be logged into something and hooked up to the internet with a clear node before you can change any settings and have it go into your phone for a hotspot. So I've got to bring it all here and make it recognize the internet again and make my phone or just have Jerry fix it. He's good at that. You know it just needs a bunch of updates I think and I like the clear node. I just have to get my internet going again someday, pay somebody for it and all or just go to the library. Can you just have a VU and a Crows competing with me? We're in the back. Some QRM person around here is making you non-VU key up but then it's okay. You can probably hear me through the repeater. I'm in it pretty strong. Well anyways, good to hear from you. And yeah the net. I'm short today. Apparently people are out of town after seafare. A big holiday thing here for the summer. Or they just all went to Sturgis. I don't know. Back to you and or can you just have a VU? This is E3IG returning. Well you don't sound too good on your clear node. My buddy says has a clear node. I have not gone that route. Now we just purchased something called an RF Shark I think. It's a little handheld. It gives them all the links and it's DMR links and DStar and who knows what else. Looks pretty handy. I'm out here and I don't talk computers. I've often just thought any talk group that's worth its salt is normally hooked up to Echo Link. So we're going to play with that more than anything else. And when I'm out doing that I'm on the DTF on the CW. So we're going to go CW on the internet as well. But that's sort of my ham amateur radio operational mode. But you're sounding good and this thing doesn't seem to be working too good either. So I'll turn it back to you. Actually if you back away from the link you'll be about perfect. It's a little distorted now as you got in closer. But that being said it's probably fine. I'm actually coming in on repeater here in Seattle. This is Puget Sound repeater group repeater. And there's about seven received sites and one transmit site. And I get into one of the received sites just beautifully here. And the QRM is from a weaker station so we're further away. So it's even more crazy. We'll just label them and work around them and run higher power. So thanks for the QSO. And the crew I guess likes it too. So back to you and TJ's going to VEU. W83IG you're returning. How's this sound? Actually I first hooked up my audio I know is very poor. Then I actually hooked up an external microphone. Cranked up the audio gain a little bit.
