W.O.I. In and out to Sportin Jack, looking forward to Sunday. 73's. Alright Michael, stand by. I've got you KG7 W.O.I. John Paulsville with an I-O for today. John, nice to hear you. I heard the rumor that you were going to make it over to the Rain or Shine at Green Lake Sunday for the new Net Ice Cream Social. I cannot wait to see you in person again. Man, that is going to be, you're going to wear out your arm, your nose, handshakes and flaps on the back and high fives. Man, oh man, it's going to be fun to see you. Alright, so how, real quick though, John, can I ask you about the radio? How is the radio doing? If you brought it over, we might be able to have somebody take a look at it. I was thinking about KG7 ODB, possibly. Would you like to do that if you haven't looked at it yet? No, I'm going to try to figure it out here soon, Jack. Thank you very much for the offer. KG7 W.O.I. Alright, yeah, John, not a problem. If you would like to take some online help, I mean phone help, I'm sure we can have somebody give you a call so we can take that offline and talk about that later. Alright, you have a good day and thanks for dropping by there, John. Go back to Michael, WA780. Michael, good morning. Hey, good morning to you, Jack. WISK-7A, Michael here. Kirkland, I'm on that link. I just, I didn't get up till almost 9.30. So, I just called Larry to apologize to him that I missed a net because he likes to look at me and then he said you were still on. So, I think he's turned off his radio, though. Anyway, not much going on here. It's a cloudy day again. It was cloudy most of yesterday, too. I know Seafair likes to have sunshine, but... I got a few little projects around the house and then I just realized I got to start packing to leave for Bigfoot Friday morning and I'm going to miss your ice cream net. Oh, boy, and I love ice cream. I'll be up roughing in the woods, you know. No facilities where we're going, so... You know, water, toilet, and everything. So, it's... And lots of, you know, radio gear. People talk about their go-back radio gear. I figure radio gear is only about 20 to 25% of what I have to take up there to survive. So, oh, well. It's fun. I last, hopefully, then we come home exhausted. So, anyway. So, we'll be coming, leaving Friday morning and coming back Tuesday morning. So, anyway. Hey, Jack, thanks for running the net. You do a great job all the time. Everybody have a safe day. Whiskey Alpha 7 Alpha Delta. All right, Michael. Well, we'll miss you, that's for sure. But, you know, we'll have some pictures up on the internet, of course. On the Facebook discussion group page. I can send you some off to the side of the side road if you like. That's not a problem. But real quick, how many runners are going to be in the Bigfoot 200 this year? Have you heard yet? And, you know, you might, you know, for nighttime activities, you might take one of those little battery-operated karaoke machines over you, Michael. Oh, Jack, laughing here, but you don't want to hear me sing. So, that's just the way it goes. Oh, and I'll tell you a little story where he's not listening. He can sing in Japanese because he knows Japanese. He surprised all the people when he worked over there for four years. So, anyway. Um, I don't know which other question it was. Uh, anyway. Well, I'm just texting you. Um, let's see. Um, I can't remember your second or your first question, so come back and tell me. Oh, I was just asking if you know how many runners are in the Bigfoot 200 this year. No, I don't, Jack. I can go online and figure out if they max out, though, every year and leave it out. Those people pay faster here was like $1,500 a year. Um, or maybe it was more. Probably more this year with inflation. But, uh, it's amazing. You know, there are all sorts of these self-supported. And the first groups that come through, you've got bakers and people there with food and everything. And, you know, the strikers near the end are, you know, they're socially self-supported. They don't have anybody to pick them up. And people have to haul them places. And, um, anyway, it's. But it's maxed out every year. And there's a waiting list. In fact, all of them. You know, they have actually four races now. They have, um, the Tahoe 200, the Moab, the B-8. And, um, the Ford, I think. If I remember correctly, the Arizona 300. Um, probably in the middle of winter because it's warm down in Arizona. So, um. Anyway, and it's amazing. People like to do all four in a year. I don't know, Jack. Maybe I was 22 still. But we'll be up there with our microphones and our antennas. Probably a long wire. And a vertical, my vertical eagle one on the back of my pickup truck. And, uh, I'm gonna use my elk. And I'm gonna put my J-bolt on and probably another, um, um, 2 meter rig. So, um. Uh, so we'll have radios galore and pop-up tents and all kinds of stuff. So, anyway, Jack. Thanks for asking. Have a great day. Thanks again for doing these great nets. We'll see you in the next one. Alright, Michael. Michael, good luck to you and everybody volunteering for that amazing event, Bigfoot 200. Alright, well, hey, thanks for checking in today. Good to hear you. And somebody is really trying to get a hold of you. It's probably Larry going, Hey, I think Jack's idea about the karaoke machine is a good one. So, think about that. Or he's probably gonna chastise you for revealing the fact that he can sing in Japanese. Anyway, Larry, I hope you're doing well too. Nice to hear you there, Michael. Alright, let's see if there's anybody else for the 9 o'clock net. 10, 12 a.m. Call, sign a name if so, come ahead. K9BC, Brooks, mobile. Let's get Brooks in here. Right now, K9BC, he of the trips to Leavenworth with the family and friends and stuff. How are you, Brooks? Go ahead. Good morning, Jack and everyone on the net. K9BC, Brooks here, mobile 405 South, just about to get on 167 South here. On this overcast Monday, you know what though? It's okay, because it's nice to have a little bit cooler temperatures for a little bit. As long as those take around too long. But Leavenworth was great. It was really warm. We had a good time over there, nice and relaxing. Able to get out and take the dogs for a swim in the river. Got a nice late evening walk and saw some really cool views out there. And the moon was out during the day, Megan got a picture of that. With the moon out and the big mountain in the background and the lake in the foreground, I don't know, it looked really cool. But anyway, back to work today. Got a busy week ahead of us. A lot of stuff going on this week and this weekend of course with the rain or shine coming. Let's see, I'm going to a Seahawks preseason game this week on Thursday, so that should be a lot of fun. And trying to get the office all ready to be painted and have the popcorn ceiling removed. Just got a lot going on. With that, I'll say thanks for doing the Natsack 7-3, everyone. K9, BDC. Alright, yeah, I totally forgot about the Seahawks preseason game. Who are they playing? These are playing the Raiders, which should be pretty cool because you know who's coaching the Raiders now. Oh, and you know who's their quarterback now. Alright, spoiler alert, Pete Carroll and Geno Smith. K9, BDC. Oh, can you say grudge match? Let's go see if Brooks can say grudge match. Grudge match? Lunch? K9, BDC. Of course you can say it. Hey, thank you so much Brooks. You enjoy that game. I tell you, we do have a lot of things going on this week. The rain or shine Natsack.
