I think it's because we have lots of commercial and mango ice cream. Castle mango, yeah, a combination of cheese, castle, that's the Tagalog word for cheese. I think that's Spanish. We have already inherited that word in our vocabulary here in the Philippines. Yeah, mango with cheese ice cream.
