I know in Albuquerque it's been so dry that they actually put bands on any, you know, parks, parks, non-parks, of course, forestry areas and stuff like that, literally ban on aerial fireworks. They have strong restrictions in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, but you know, these people out here, you know, they spend a lot of money and they say, you know, I want to use them and take a chance, so they're willing to shoot them up.
