I'd say it's not going to happen overnight, but that is one of the, uh, one of the possibilities of the, uh, couple of the climate models that they, you know, that they actually are generating. It is, it is on, uh, it is on a couple of them, but, um, as I say, they can, you know, can predict, uh, it cannot predict the weather accurately anyway. If I just want to see, we'd find it a weather, I can just go ahead and look out the door in the morning and look up at the sky and make a pretty good guess for where we are. And it always rains. If I say it's, uh, it's going to rain every day. I got a 99.9% chance of being right. Okay. Okay.
