We're more active moderators. We have many, but Dave's right up there for sure. And of course, all the neck control on our system that we have two main systems, this one, the multi-mode for licensed operators, of course. We do have one for our many, many hundreds of members who are non-licensed and often do go on to get their licenses, but we have that system when teams speak in Zello, various crosslinks, everything else, and we partner up with other, the groups and no-hoor-a if involvement, and they just have these various nets and things to let people experience amateur radio hobby. And they like to say, we need to go on and get their license. That's what the International Region Network is all about promoting the hobby, getting new people into the hobby. So great stuff.
