You know, do it quick and easy, you just run it off a gas and if you want to spend a little more time and tend to fire, then you can put wood in the back of it and they both work great. So that's what I'm doing. Alright and so the solo pizza oven, of course they make those smokeless fire rings and small stoves as well. So have they built a pizza oven that is smokeless if you're using wood? You know, it's not entirely smokeless but it burns so hot that it doesn't seem like there's a ton of smoke other than when you're first firing it up. Yeah, that smoke is not an issue and it actually is, I think makes it a little nicer pizza. Although both come out great but I do like the wood but you know you have to build the little fire and tend it and then you know what it's all said.
