It was a shooting, a road rage shooting that started on West Seattle Bridge. The victim chased the offender to 509 South where they hit multiple vehicles and crashed out just south of Light Center on 509 South. So was it the person that was doing the chasing crash or the vehicle they were pursuing? Most vehicles as well as several uninvolved vehicles. Thank you.
