There's no screen on it. It's all voice prompts, stuff like that. But the voice is... it's in English. No, yeah, that's to be understood everywhere. They're functioned. Are they programmed overseas or manufactured overseas? They're programmed here in North America. They're manufactured overseas, of course, just in Chinese. They've got this stuff unlocked.
