The one way I see it that it works correctly is if something is bad happened on the commercial side of the radio system and the policing is not going to be all that great that you know they're not there to police it. You have to shut it down completely and if you have to shut it down completely that means that everybody has a radio then we'll be able to get it on the de-drop in.
