all sorts of excitement. Oh you guys are going through a remodel. Did you ever get the water heater fixed? Ah yes I did. All wired up and plumbed and even got a drain pan now so if it does decide to develop a problem in the future the next guy doesn't have to have a crisis. You say next guy like it's not leaking right now into that drain pan. Well it's like Schroederger's leak it's both leaking and not leaking until I check right? Something like that. Now that's funny but it leaks when I'm not looking and it doesn't leak when I am looking and there's no difference between when I'm looking and not looking but oh my yeah no I have one of those at home it's just like that. I get a cut problems like that.
