Did you get your walk in today there? K-E-Z-R-W-R-U. I'm just assuming you're talking to me and yeah I did. I sure did. Well that's good. Exercise is good for you if you're able to get out and do it. I just can't get out and do it. This heat got to me this time. It really kicked me into behind it. I got about half sick or Sunday evening, afternoon and I just been dragging. They wanted me to help them but I just couldn't do it and I told them I said it's okay we know, we understand. So that's where I left it. I don't always use money but not feeling good.
